For most orders, please allow up to 12 business days for delivery in Canada & USA. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5-25 days from the date of shipment. *Flat rate shipping $15 across Canada.
We offer refund and/ or exchange within the first 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, there will be no refund and/ or exchange of any kind. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
