7:00 PM – Guided Contemplation "Holding Space + Stories"
Experience a soul-nourishing session led by spiritual director Ivy Clark, designed to guide you into deep reflection and inner peace.

7:45 PM – Me Time
Engage in a personal, creative activity of your choice—whether it's reading, sketching, journaling, colouring, knitting, solving puzzles, or painting. This time is for you to unwind and explore your creative side.

8:30 PM – Connect Time
Optional social time to meet fellow participants or enjoy some quiet introspection. Choose to connect with others or simply savour the peace of solitude.

9:00 PM – Round-Up
We’ll come together to share reflections and close the evening with a sense of renewed clarity and calm.
